Corporate Event at Chasola Camp Site
1. Arrival at site: 9 AM
2. Breakfast – 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM
3. Team Building activities – introduction and activities
4. Lunch – 1 PM to 1:45 PM
5. Leadership activities
6. Regroup and debrief
7. Question and answer session
8. Recreational sports
9. Evening snacks and tea – 5 PM to 5:30 PM
10. Review and feedback
11. Pack up and return back – 6:30 PM
Food Specifics:
· Breakfast – Tea, Bread Butter Jam, Poha/Upma/Idli Sambar.
· Veg Lunch Option – Dal, Rice, Roti, Veg Gravy, Veg Dry, Dessert, Salad, Papad, Pickle.
· Evening Snacks – Tea, Kanda Bhajiya/Vada.
· Non Veg Lunch Option – Dal, Rice Bhakri/Roti, Rice, Chicken Gravy, Salad, Papad, Pickle.
Please Note:-
· You could opt for either a veg meal or non veg meal option. There will be no price difference in case of any selection.
· We have tested all safety equipment and would be expecting cooperation from you for maintenance of sports equipment thus preventing misuse.
· Travel arrangements if made by us would be charged extra.
· Alternatively you could also opt for an overnight accommodation in tents.
· Our tents are erected on raised platforms hence avoiding dust and dirt. All tents are lined with mosquito nets. The site provides RCC constructed public toilets and bath facilities.
· Night walks, treasure hunts and stargazing can be arranged as night time recreational activities. Our site also has a provision for bonfires.
Cost Rs. 1500 pp. for a full day package.
For overnight accommodation, same day’s dinner and next day’s breakfast, the charges would be Rs. 2200 pp.
